William C. Forrest

William C. Forrest serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in office and mixed-use land in the Houston MSA region. With 32 years of industry experience, Forrest has completed over 130 transactions valued over $400 million.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Forrest founded REVAC, INC., a regional commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm, where he has served as CEO and President for 20 years. Forrest also has been operating as an independent broker in the Houston MSA area for 15 years selling office, apartment, mixed-use and single family properties.

Forrest has been involved in the development of CID SOURCENET, an internet commercial real estate transaction data service, and the establishment of an online commercial listing service for the Houston Board of Realtors.

Forrest holds a degree in city planning and land economics from the University of Mississippi. Forrest recently received an Award of Recognition by the Governor of Texas for his outstanding service to the community.
